After the appointment, check your booking to make sure the service and payment information are correct.

Completed bookings are saved in your Booking History.

Rate Your Provider

After a completed booking, you may be asked to rate your provider or technician.

Your rating helps MaisonGo maintain a reliable community and helps other customers make informed choices.

Please keep your rating honest and based on your actual experience.

Your completed and past bookings remain available in your account.

You can use your history to:

• Review previous appointments

• See the services you booked

• Check providers you have used

• Refer back to booking and payment information
