These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions that apply when you use MaisonGo.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MaisonGo, including our website, application and marketplace services.
By creating an account, accessing MaisonGo or booking or providing services through MaisonGo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use MaisonGo.
About MaisonGo
MaisonGo is a marketplace that helps customers discover and book beauty and wellness services offered by independent professionals and participating salons.
MaisonGo may provide tools for discovering services, comparing available professionals, selecting appointment times and locations, managing bookings and processing related payments.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MaisonGo does not itself provide the beauty or wellness service booked through the platform. Services are provided by the applicable professional or salon.
Accounts
Some MaisonGo features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
You must not use another person's account, impersonate another person or provide false information.
MaisonGo may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, professionals, MaisonGo or the integrity of the platform.
Customer Bookings
Customers may select one or multiple services in a booking, subject to availability and the applicable professional's service offerings.
A booking request is not necessarily confirmed when it is first submitted. A booking becomes confirmed only when the applicable confirmation requirements have been completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including contact details, service location, requested services and any relevant notes.
Customers must be available at the selected time and location and must provide reasonable access to the service location where the service is being provided at the customer's place.
Service Locations
Depending on availability, customers may receive services at their selected location or at a participating provider location.
Provider locations may have their own operating hours, available services and booking availability. Customers are responsible for reviewing the location and appointment information provided during the booking process.
A service provided at a provider location may be subject to different pricing or service availability than a service provided at a customer's location.
Professionals & Salons
Professionals and salons using MaisonGo are responsible for the services they offer and for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements and professional standards.
Providers must maintain accurate information about their services, pricing, availability, operating hours and service locations.
Providers are responsible for arriving on time, providing the booked services professionally and treating customers respectfully.
MaisonGo may restrict, suspend or remove provider access where reasonably necessary because of policy violations, customer safety concerns, inaccurate information, repeated cancellations or other conduct that may negatively affect the marketplace.
Pricing & Payments
Prices displayed through MaisonGo may include the service amount, booking fees and other applicable charges shown during the booking process.
The applicable price and payment amount will be presented before the customer completes the relevant payment.
Payments may be processed through supported payment methods and third-party payment providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable charge in accordance with the payment information presented during checkout.
MaisonGo may update pricing, fees or payment methods from time to time. Changes will apply to future bookings unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations, Refunds & Changes
Customers and providers must follow the cancellation and booking-change rules applicable to the relevant booking.
Refund eligibility may depend on the timing and reason for cancellation, the status of the booking and the applicable payment or refund policy.
Where a refund is approved, MaisonGo may return the applicable amount through the original payment method or another supported method.
MaisonGo may cancel or modify a booking where necessary because of provider availability, operational issues, safety concerns, suspected fraud or circumstances outside MaisonGo's reasonable control.
Services Provided by Professionals
Each professional or salon is responsible for the services they provide, including the quality, suitability and performance of those services.
Customers should communicate relevant requirements, preferences or limitations to the professional before or during the appointment where appropriate.
MaisonGo may assist with booking issues, communication or disputes, but does not guarantee a particular result from a beauty or wellness service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse MaisonGo or interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the platform.
- Do not provide false or misleading information.
- Do not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
- Do not use MaisonGo to harass, threaten or abuse another person.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
- Do not interfere with the availability or security of MaisonGo.
- Do not use MaisonGo for unlawful activities.
- Do not circumvent applicable booking or payment processes.
Reviews & Content
Where MaisonGo allows customers or providers to submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate, lawful and does not violate the rights of others.
You must not submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting content to MaisonGo, you grant MaisonGo a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual Property
MaisonGo and its associated content, branding, software, design, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to MaisonGo unless otherwise stated.
You may use MaisonGo only for its intended purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit MaisonGo or its content without appropriate authorization.
Third-Party Services
MaisonGo may rely on third-party services for functions such as payment processing, communications, hosting, analytics, authentication and other platform operations.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. MaisonGo is not responsible for services that are operated independently by third parties.
Disclaimer
MaisonGo provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or completely accurate.
Information about professionals, salons, services, availability and pricing may change and is provided based on information available through the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MaisonGo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform or services provided through it.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold MaisonGo harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of MaisonGo or unlawful conduct.
Suspension & Termination
You may stop using MaisonGo at any time, subject to any outstanding bookings, payments or other obligations.
MaisonGo may suspend or terminate access to the platform where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate suspected abuse or fraud, comply with legal requirements or protect the operation of the platform.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after your account is closed.
Changes to These Terms
MaisonGo may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of MaisonGo after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or MaisonGo will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
