How to Book a Service

Booking with MaisonGo is simple. Choose what you need, where you want the service, who you want, and when you want it.

1. Choose Your Service

Select the service you want to book, such as a manicure, pedicure, or other beauty and wellness service.

Review the service details and price before continuing.

2. Choose Where You Want the Service

You can choose:

• At My Place — the provider or technician comes to your location.

• At Provider Location — you visit the provider's location.

Your available provider options may depend on the service and location you choose.

3. Choose a Provider

Review the available providers and choose the one you prefer.

You can compare information such as:

• Rating

• Services and prices

• Location

• Availability

MaisonGo does not automatically choose a provider for you.

4. Choose Date & Time

Select the date and available time that works for you.

Make sure the selected time is convenient, especially for an at-home appointment.

5. Review Your Booking

Before confirming, check:

Service → Provider → Location → Date & Time → Price

Make sure everything is correct.

6. Confirm Your Booking

Review the booking fee and payment information, then confirm your booking.

After booking, you can view the appointment in your MaisonGo Dashboard.

Quick Tip

If you need to change the appointment time later, you can request a different time from your booking.
