Before confirming a booking, MaisonGo shows you the amount you need to pay and any remaining amount.

Service Amount

The Service Amount is the price of the service you selected.

If you book more than one service with the same provider, the total service amount reflects the selected services.

Booking Fee

The Booking Fee is the amount collected when you confirm your booking.

The booking fee may be a percentage of the service amount, depending on the MaisonGo payment policy.

Remaining Amount

The Remaining Amount is the amount still due after the booking fee has been paid.

Your booking will show the payment information so you know what remains to be paid.

Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes or fees may be shown separately during checkout or on your booking.

Always review the final amount before confirming.

If You Cancel

If you cancel a booking, any refund depends on the booking status and MaisonGo's cancellation policy.

The applicable refund amount will be handled according to that policy.
