Getting Started with MaisonGo

MaisonGo helps you manage your beauty and wellness business, services, bookings, locations, availability, and technicians in one place.

Your Main Tasks

As a provider, you will mainly use MaisonGo to:

Set Up Your Provider — Manage your profile and set up the services you offer.
Set Up Mobile Services — Choose your mobile services, prices, and service areas if you provide services At My Place.
Set Up At My Salon — Add your salon location, services, prices, and open hours if customers can visit you.
Manage Availability — Keep your availability and working schedule up to date.
Manage Bookings — Review appointments, update booking status, and make sure each booking is properly handled.
Manage Technicians — Manage and assign technicians when needed.
Manage Payments — Review service amounts, booking fees, remaining amounts, taxes, fees, and commissions.

A typical booking follows this process:

Pending → Assigned → Confirmed → In Progress → Completed

A booking may also be Cancelled.

Always make sure the booking information and status reflect what is actually happening.

Before accepting bookings, make sure the information you have set up is accurate.

If you offer At My Place services, keep these updated:

If customers can visit you at your salon, keep these updated for each salon:

You can offer Mobile Services, At My Salon, or both.

You can also have multiple salon locations, with each location having its own services, prices, and open hours.

You do not need to manage everything every day.

Check your notifications and bookings first, then take action on anything that needs your attention.
