Payments, Fees & Commissions

MaisonGo shows payment information for each booking so you can understand what the customer pays and what applies to your booking.

Service Amount

The Service Amount is the price of the services booked by the customer.

Keep your service prices up to date so customers see the correct amount.

The Booking Fee may be collected from the customer when the booking is confirmed.

It is shown separately from the remaining amount.

The Remaining Amount is the amount still due after the booking fee has been paid.

Check the booking for the latest payment information.

Applicable taxes or fees may be shown separately.

Do not change the service price just to compensate for a tax or fee.

MaisonGo may apply a Provider Commission according to the applicable commission scheme.

Review the booking or provider payment information for the applicable amounts.

Payment status and booking status are separate.

A booking being Completed does not automatically mean that every payment has been settled.

If a payment, fee, tax, or commission amount looks incorrect, do not manually change the booking total. Contact MaisonGo support or admin.
