Set Up Your Provider

Before accepting bookings, make sure your MaisonGo provider information is complete and accurate.

1. Complete Your Profile

Add your business and contact information so customers know who they are booking with.

Keep your profile information up to date.

2. Mobile Services

If you provide services At My Place, set up:

• Services & Prices — choose the services you offer and set their prices.

• Service Areas — select the areas where you provide mobile services.

Only select areas where you can reliably serve customers.

3. At My Salon

If customers can visit you at your salon, set up:

• Address — add the correct salon address.

• Services — choose the services available at this salon and set their prices.

• Open Hours — set the hours when customers can book appointments.

You can add more than one salon location if you operate from multiple locations.

4. Important Notes

You can offer Mobile Services, At My Salon, or both.

• You do not need to offer Mobile Services. If you do not add any Service Areas, customers cannot book you for mobile services.

• You do not need to have a salon location.

• You can have one or multiple salon locations.

• Each salon location can have its own address, services, prices, and open hours.

Set up only the services and locations that you actually offer.
